📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet
• Manage and train a team of 10-15 staff members
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory and ordering processes
• Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Possession of a relevant certification in hospitality management is a plus
• Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting is preferred
