HR Manager - Factory Operations

With 5-8 years of experience in HR, particularly in manufacturing, you'll be responsible for implementing policies that foster a positive work environment and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for factory staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with production teams to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage HR data and processes efficiently.
• Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
