As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to the smooth running of our maritime logistics operations. You will work closely with the operations team to manage crew schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with maritime regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of maritime operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in managing crew schedules and ensuring timely transitions for our global shipping operations.
- Coordinate logistics for crew members, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and other necessary services.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operational documentation.
- Support the operations team in the planning and execution of maritime logistics operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to crew members and clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maritime logistics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of maritime operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with maritime logistics software, such as Navis N4 or similar.
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training or equivalent.
