📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Support sales associates with customer service and product knowledge
• Help with marketing activities, including social media engagement and promotional events
• Assist with store maintenance and organization
• Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Contribute to the overall success of the store and brand
• Learn and apply best practices in retail and marketing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or have recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in the action sports industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales principles
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
• Ability to work part-time hours, typically 15-20 hours per week
