📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and process export-import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and manage freight costs to ensure compliance with budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export-import transactions.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping schedules and cargo manifests.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in export-import operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
