📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and reconcile daily transactions for ShopeePay operations in Bali.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies using ShopeePay's proprietary systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payment processing.
• Work closely with the team in Canggu to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
• Provide regular reports on payment reconciliation processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in fintech and payment processing.
• Assist in the implementation of new payment processing systems and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payment reconciliation or a similar role in the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial tools and software, including ShopeePay's systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certification in payment processing or a related field is a plus.
