📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of telemarketing agents to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and customer service strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
