📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures.,Dispense medications to patients in a timely and accurate manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medications dispensed.,Monitor and report any adverse drug reactions or medication errors.,Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.,Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.,Assist in the preparation and administration of intravenous medications.,Provide patient education on medication use and side effects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records.
