📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial and accounting activities for the manufacturing department.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.,Proficient in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Experience with financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
