📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution process from start to finish.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the distribution process.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance overall team performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations.,Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
