📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial analysis and advice to management.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.,Maintain and update the company's accounting software and systems.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures is a plus.
