📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise sales teams to ensure they meet their daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide training and support to sales staff.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to sales teams.,Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer service.,Participate in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
