In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dental services and products.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and dental conferences to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of dental products and services is a plus.
