Tech Leaf Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information to potential customers and qualifying leads.,Manage and maintain customer records and sales data.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and meetings.,Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and results-oriented attitude.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
