📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily tour operations, ensuring all bookings are confirmed and executed smoothly.
• Coordinate with Chinese travel agents to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and update tour schedules using Salesforce and TripIt, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Monitor tour performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tour operations or a similar role.
• Fluency in Mandarin both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Bali's tourism industry and local regulations.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and TripIt for tour management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
