📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and standard precautions.,Educate patients and their families on their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.,Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare providers and facilities.,Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in healthcare.,Promote a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
