📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Maintain training records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Creative and innovative thinker
