Global Healthcare is looking for a passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and engagement.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training goals are met.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
