📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in sales meetings and events to promote our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
