📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results,Train and mentor junior technicians,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Conduct quality control checks and audits,Manage laboratory inventory and supplies,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting,Proven experience in leading and managing a team,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using laboratory software and data management systems
