Quick Prime Dinamis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Butler to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guest needs are met with the highest level of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.,Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that staff is properly trained and supervised.,Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.,Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improving services and guest experiences.,Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are well-maintained.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, working to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.,Ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel management and guest service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both guests and staff.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
