📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
