📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Represent the restaurant at events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
