📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using PMS (Property Management System).
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
• Assist with front desk operations, including reservations and cancellations.
• Promote the resort's amenities and services to guests.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in front office or guest service roles in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with PMS (Property Management System) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
