In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our facilities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and that any issues are addressed promptly. Additionally, you will be involved in the installation and configuration of new equipment, ensuring that it is set up correctly and integrated into our existing systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facilities and equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain new equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Conduct performance testing and calibration of equipment.
Monitor and maintain records of maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the team to improve facility and equipment efficiency.
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or equipment maintenance.
Strong technical background with knowledge of relevant tools and software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), SAP, or similar.
Familiarity with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Certifications in relevant fields, such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent, are a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
