📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client organization.
• Conduct performance assessments and provide data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to set and achieve performance goals and objectives.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of executives and senior leaders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance management and leadership development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to clients on the progress and outcomes of performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives for the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance management, leadership development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving organizational performance improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives and senior leaders.
