Berkah Citra Store is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
