📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven experience in store management or leadership roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
