📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of patient care and the overall performance of the medical center.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent care.,Coordinate with other healthcare providers and facilities to ensure that patients receive seamless and comprehensive care.,Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to patient safety, infection control, and data privacy.,Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
