Agung Hendra Medical Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Bengkulu. As a Senior Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and operate the pharmacy, ensuring all transactions are accurate and efficient.,Assist customers with their medical needs, providing information and advice on medications and healthcare products.,Maintain a well-stocked pharmacy, ordering and receiving new inventory as needed.,Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate records are kept.,Promote and upsell products to customers.,Participate in inventory management and stock control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a pharmacy or retail environment.,Proven track record of customer service and sales.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medical terminology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
