📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with checkout, including handling cash, card payments, and digital transactions.
• Process returns and exchanges according to IKEA's policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
• Follow IKEA's health and safety guidelines, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems like IKEA's in-store software.
