📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers arriving at the reception area.,Answer and direct customer inquiries and calls.,Manage and maintain the reception area, including supplies and equipment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.,Lead and supervise other receptionists to ensure high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in receptionist or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and customer service tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
