Indonesia Stainless Steel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both on-site and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.,Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.,Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.,Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance schedules and plans.,Document all maintenance activities and keep records up-to-date.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.,Train and mentor junior technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the industrial sector.,Ability to work both on-site and remotely (hybrid work model).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different work sites.
