📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and post job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
