📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities.
• Manage and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
