📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance.
- Monitor and report on store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Adidas products, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Certification in retail management or leadership is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
